1. Eligibility:

1.1 The TK Home Solutions Stairlift Discount Reward Scratch Card ("Scratch Card") is exclusively available to TK Home Solutions customers in the United Kingdom who inquire about purchasing a stairlift.

1.2 To be eligible for redemption, customers must purchase a stairlift from TK Home Solutions within one week (seven days) of revealing the discount prize on the Scratch Card.

2. Discount Reward:

2.1 The discount prize revealed on the Scratch Card is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any form of cash prize.

2.2 The value of the discount prize may vary and is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the Scratch Card.

3. Redemption:

3.1 To redeem the discount prize, customers must present the Scratch Card code at the time of their stairlift purchase.

3.2 The discount prize can only be applied to the total cost of the stairlift at the time of purchase. Any related other services at or after the time of purchase offered by TK Home Solutions will not be included redeemable of the prize.

3.3 The discount prize cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

3.4 The Scratch Card will be surrendered upon redemption and will not be available for another use.

4. Expiry:

4.1 The Scratch Card is valid for a limited time and can only be redeemed if the customer purchases a stairlift from TK Home Solutions within one week (seven days) of revealing the discount prize.

4.2 After the expiry date, the Scratch Card and associated discount prize will become null and void.

5. General Terms:

5.1 TK Home Solutions reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse redemption of the discount prize if any fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

5.2 TK Home Solutions reserves the right to amend or terminate the Scratch Card promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.3 The Scratch Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Scratch Card will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

By participating in the TK Home Solutions Stairlift Discount Reward Scratch Card promotion, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. TK Home Solutions reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to this promotion.
